Changshu Irradiation Technology Applied Factory was established in 1987 and put into operation in 1990. Using modern high-tech methods and directly inducing polymerization with gamma rays to produce polyacrylic acid and polyacrylic acid ester KG series textile printing and dyeing auxiliaries, compared with similar chemical methods, the product quality is stable and the molecular weight is high. Its advantages lie in "good printing effect, wide adaptability, short process flow, less environmental pollution, and low overall cost". The product has been applied in domestic and international markets. The KG series textile printing and dyeing auxiliaries were rated as Jiangsu Province's famous brand products and won the gold medal at the "National New Technology and New Product Exhibition and Sales Fair". The factory was also named one of the first high-tech enterprises in Jiangsu Province.
