1、 Applicable fabric (core substrate)
1. Pure polyester series (with a large usage)
Polyester Chun Ya spinning, polyester Tafu, Oxford cloth, chiffon, imitation silk, polyester satin, polyester knitted fabric, polyester velvet (gold velvet, dense velvet, short plush), polyester curtain fabric, luggage synthetic fabric, swimwear fabric.
2. Polyester blend fabric
Polyester cotton, polyester viscose, polyester ammonia, polyester brocade, polyester linen blended fabrics, only for use in the dispersed dye printing section; Cotton components need to be combined with active/coating additives.
3. Other synthetic fibers
Nylon (nylon), ultra-fine denier synthetic fiber, sea island silk, and synthetic non-woven fabric printing.
2、 Distributed printing technology for all categories (universal for all printing equipment)
1. Direct dispersion printing (mainstream)
Essential for blending dispersed dye colorants, suitable for:
Flat screen printing, round screen printing (for home textiles and clothing in large quantities)
Roller printing, manual tabletop printing (cutting, small orders)
Pre digital heat transfer ink base and continuous printing on the machine printing assembly line
Function: Adjust the viscosity of the color paste, lock in dispersed dye particles, prevent printing from seeping, have clear edges, and achieve full color when heat cured at high temperatures.
2. Discharge and dispersion printing
Polyester white and color printing, thickening agent ensures stable printing paste, clean pattern contours, and no blurred edges.
3. Anti dye dispersion printing (cover printing, base color anti printing)
The dark base fabric is partially anti printed with light colored patterns to control the fluidity of the slurry and prevent the diffusion of the base dye.
4. Water free environmentally friendly dispersion printing (new specialized thickener)
Low residue and volatile system, no need for washing after printing, drying and thermosetting, commonly used for lightweight chiffon, fast fashion clothing, water-saving and emission reduction.
5. Thermal sublimation primer/low-temperature dispersion printing
Low temperature dispersed dye printing and thermosetting printing, resistant to high temperatures of 180-220 ℃ without degradation or sticking.
3、 Downstream finished product segmentation industry (terminal products)
1. Clothing and Accessories
Chemical fiber sportswear, yoga clothes, sun protection clothes, dresses, swimsuits, base knitting, down jacket fabrics, lining fabrics, scarves, headscarves.
2. Home textile fabrics
Polyester curtains, sandpaper, four piece bedding set, pillows, tablecloths, carpets, synthetic blankets, shower curtains.
3. Industrial textiles
Oxford cloth for luggage, tent cloth, umbrella cloth, advertising banner cloth, polyester fabric for car interior, outdoor sunshade cloth.
4. Decorative gifts
Simulated silk scarves, decorative painting synthetic base fabrics, Christmas decorative synthetic fabrics.
4、 Supporting auxiliary applications (color paste matching system)
Thickening of dispersed dye water slurry, bond slurry, and coating dispersed printing mixed slurry;
General rheological agents are used in the mixing workshop of printing factories to stabilize the storage of colorants and prevent dye settling and layering;
A small amount of natural paste (such as tamarind gum and starch) can be compounded to improve the water washing and deblurring performance.
